JP Scattered Sites Cooperative, located within the Hyde/Jackson Square neighborhood of Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts is a community of six distinctive buildings situated on Buckley Avenue, Chestnut Avenue, Spring Park Avenue and Walden Street. JP Scattered Sites is a mixed-income community – income qualifications and rent restrictions may apply.
The community of eighteen; one to three bedroom apartment homes enjoys individual storage and washer/dryer hook-ups. The Hyde/Jackson Square area is very convenient to public transportation (Orange Line and E Green Line) as well as minutes from downtown Boston and Route 93. Enjoy the great outdoors with Jamaica Pond, Arnold Arboretum and Franklin Park Zoo a short distance away as well as a diverse mix of retail stores and restaurants.
